Our on-site paralegal, Whitney Seacrist, has over twenty years’ experience aiding with the preparation of pleadings and discovery, legal research and fact investigation, deposition/trial/hearing prep, assisting with and preparing for client, expert and witness interviews, calculating deadlines, summarizing depositions and interviews, reviewing medical records and drafting medical chronologies, and many other necessary functions in support of the supervising attorney.
A true “trial paralegal”, Whitney has worked many cases from inception to trial and is intimately familiar with the specific needs, rules and regulations, and best practices at every phase for the life of a claim. Much of this experience was earned facing the particular challenges of defending national insurance companies and their insureds, including the special attention needed to ensure compliance with complex client guidelines and billing expectations.
With a Service Agreement and Confidentiality Agreement in place, Whitney assists firms with contract paralegal services as and when needed at reasonable hourly rates, all serviced through Capitol Center Offices.
