Private offices, individual workstations, conference and meeting rooms not otherwise under lease are available for reservation by the hour, by the day, by the week or for an entire month with no ongoing obligation or agreement. You don’t have to be a tenant or a virtual member to reserve space; each short-term rental lasts only as long as you designate. During each reservation, enjoy high speed fiber internet +wifi, access to multifunction copy equipment, use of shared kitchen and ADA-compliant restroom facilities and complimentary coffee and tea.

 

reserving offices

Each office is fully furnished and equipped with basic office necessities—pens, notepad, mouse pad, stapler, etc. The space is exclusively yours during your rental. If reserved for longer than a day, we provide a key so you may secure the room to store belongings after hours.

 

reserving workstations

Workstations are large desks located in open work areas with extreme high ceilings and natural light. No open work area contains more than four workstations and each station is spaced at least 10 feet apart. These areas are quiet, comfortable and equipped with basic office necessities, though no overnight storage is available.

 

reserving conferences

Group reservations—whether for client meetings, quarterly gatherings or group work—may be made for the large conference, medium conference and small meeting room. You and your attendees have exclusive use of the space during your reservation.
